About Me

My background is in general nursing, midwifery, health visiting and family planning in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

I had a recurring back problem for many years and after trying all the traditional methods of treatment I was introduced to CranioSacral therapy (CST) by the physiotherapist who was helping me at that time. After the first few treatments I knew that this was working for me, and what’s more it was relaxing and made me feel better in many other areas of my life.

I felt it was important to train and share this wonderful experience with other people, so I trained with the Upledger Institute UK. I am a qualified member of the Craniosacral Society. I use neurolinguistic programming, hypnotherapy techniques and Reiki with CranioSacral therapy where appropriate. Treatment sessions are always guided by the unique needs of the individual.
